About the Inner Landscapes CD

This CD contains the complete instruction on the Inner Landscapes process, tips for successful meditation, and two thirty minute meditations.

The first meditation is called the Inner Sanctuary.  This meditation includes instruction on this amazing meditation process and establishes a “home base” for all your meditations. 

Meditation two is the Inner Landscapes Meditation.  This meditation provides the framework for you to travel within and discover your inner landscapes based on your personal goals for your meditation. These two meditations are all you need to begin an amazing personal journey into meditation!

Each meditation begins as a guided meditation and transitions into twenty minutes of soft, beautiful music during which you are free to relax, heal, or explore according to your needs.   Plus I have set the tracks on the CD so that you can skip the instructions once you become familiar with the process!
