As a wellness coordinator, I had the opportunity to meet and work with Jill Thrasher.  She taught her innovative “Inner Landscape Meditation Series” at the Star Tribune.  Her first series was so well received; we invited her back to teach a second series. 

 

Jill has a wonderful teaching style that attracted students of all skill levels.  Many students commented on her easy-to-follow teaching style and her ability to adapt her techniques to any lifestyle.  Students who have struggled with meditation in the past, found “Inner Landscapes” to be a comfortable and successful method for them.  I have no doubt that Jill positively impacted the health of all the students by sharing her knowledge and teaching a valuable skill.

 

In addition to her knowledge and skill set, Jill was a pleasure to work with.  She was incredibly professional and wonderfully prepared for her sessions.  I have no doubt that Jill would make an excellent addition to any wellness program.  She has volumes of knowledge and experience to share.

For the three years that we’ve offered the Inspired Women’s Retreat, Jill has not only been an integral part in the development of the event, she was a hit with the participants at all the events.  So many of the participants loved Jill’s meditations for the retreats and would wait in line to talk with Jill personally.  Each year Jill developed “raving fans – myself included” from the retreats because of her talent around meditation and energy work.
